Our verdict
The Nemesis Carbon Control points Dunlop's budget platform at placement: a head-light Soft EVA build scoring control 74 with civil terms (comfort 72, tolerance 73) and honest handling (72). Power 66 states the brief. Weight and face documentation is incomplete. Value 81 keeps the family arithmetic intact. The card is the budget control formula executed plainly: kind, punctual, dependable, cheap. Against the Lok Be Flow's value 81 it loses the pure arithmetic war and wins on the documented brand and dealer network. For placement-first improvers, either answer serves; the demo picks.
This points Dunlop's budget line squarely at control: real placement capability with civil terms throughout comfort and tolerance, and the head-light tune keeps punctuality present. Dunlop's dealer network backs up the budget buy. Weight and face documentation is incomplete, and power asks you to bring your own finishing: the Lok Be Flow in the wider market wins on pure value arithmetic if that's your only criterion.
