PadelRacketReviews.com is an independent padel racket review and comparison website. We are not affiliated with any racket brand, retailer, or tour organisation. Our registered email contact is [email protected].

We collect the minimum amount of data needed to operate the site. Specifically:

• Email address — only if you voluntarily subscribe to our newsletter or create an account using the magic-link sign-in. We use Ghost CMS to manage members; your email is stored on our private Ghost instance.
• Price alert preferences — if you add rackets to your price tracker and set a target price, that preference is stored locally in your browser (localStorage). If you are signed in, it is additionally stored in our database so that you receive email alerts.
• Analytics — we use Google Analytics 4 to understand how the site is used (pages viewed, device type, approximate location, and referrer) so we can improve it. Analytics run under Google Consent Mode v2: until you accept cookies, Google receives only aggregated, cookieless signals that do not identify you. If you accept, Google Analytics sets first-party cookies to measure your visit. We have IP-anonymisation enabled and do not use Analytics data for advertising.
• Cookies — we set analytics cookies only after you accept them via our cookie banner; nothing non-essential is set beforehand. You can change or withdraw your choice at any time using the “Cookie settings” link in the site footer. Third-party affiliate links (see Affiliate Disclosure) may also set cookies on the retailer's domain once you click through; those cookies are governed by the retailer's own privacy policy.

When you first visit, a cookie banner lets you Accept or Decline non-essential (analytics) cookies. We use Google Consent Mode v2, so analytics storage stays disabled until you accept — before then, only cookieless, non-identifying signals are sent.

Your choice is remembered in your browser. To change or withdraw it later, click “Cookie settings” in the footer of any page. Essential cookies needed for core functionality (e.g. keeping you signed in) are always active and do not require consent.

• To send you our newsletter if you opted in (you can unsubscribe at any time via the link in every email).
• To send you price-drop alerts for rackets on your watchlist (only if you are signed in and have set a target price).
• To improve the site based on anonymised usage patterns.

We do not sell your data to third parties. We do not share your email with any brand, advertiser, or affiliate partner.

Clicking an affiliate link takes you to a third-party retailer (e.g. PadelNuestro, PadelMarket, NinePadel, PadelUSA). That retailer's own privacy policy and cookie practices apply once you leave our site.

Newsletter subscriber data is retained until you unsubscribe. Price-alert watchlist data is retained until you delete your account or remove the item from your watchlist. Anonymised analytics data is retained for 12 months.

If you are based in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, you have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you.
• Correct inaccurate personal data.
• Request deletion of your personal data.
• Withdraw consent to email marketing — or to analytics cookies (via “Cookie settings” in the footer) — at any time.

Your data is stored on servers within the European Union. We use HTTPS across the entire site and our database is access-controlled. No system is 100% secure; if you believe your data has been compromised, please contact us immediately.

We may update this policy from time to time. The “last updated” date at the top of this page will reflect any changes. Continued use of the site after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
