Our verdict
The Aero Star is Dunlop's budget bruiser: an EVA build producing power 82, genuine violence at working money, with the terms that always accompany it: control 66, comfort 64, tolerance 63. Specification is incomplete, weight included, so check the specimen. Value 76 keeps the arithmetic attractive for what it is. The honest framing: this frame hits like the mid-market's angriest options and refines nothing, which suits exactly one buyer, the conditioned attacker on a strict budget who middles the ball. Everyone else will find the Galactica line's balance a far better Dunlop.
Genuine violence at working-brand money: real power backed by Dunlop's dependable build quality underneath, simple and committed in what it's trying to do. There's no pretence of versatility here. The terms that come with that output are strict, as they always are for this level of aggression: control and tolerance both ask real conditioning, and specification (including weight) isn't confirmed in our data. The Galactica line is the better all-round Dunlop if versatility matters more to you.
