Our verdict
The FX Lite Gun Metal is Dunlop's documented light attacker: a confirmed 355 g even-balanced build with a Soft EVA core and 12K face, scoring power 78 with fair terms (comfort 69, tolerance 68) and prompt handling (72). Control 70 is dependable. Value 72 is honest. This is the light-attack brief served with a proper spec sheet: real pace, manageable mass, a face that keeps feedback readable, and the soft core protecting developing arms. For improving players who want quick and keen in one affordable frame, the FX Lite is Dunlop's quiet competence doing its usual work.
This is a genuinely well-specified light attacker: confirmed weight and a premium carbon face back up real power, and the Soft EVA core protects developing arms from the harshest feedback. Handling stays prompt throughout, and control is dependable rather than erratic. Value is fine without being exceptional, and against heavier incoming pace the light build does yield: the FX Pro in Dunlop's own range hits harder if more mass suits your game.
