Our verdict
The Wilson Defy V1 SE 2 is a mid-range all-round racket with a teardrop-leaning profile that blends modest power with accessible control, sitting comfortably in Wilson's performance-oriented lineup without fully distinguishing itself from competitors at a similar price. The feel is moderately stiff with reasonable vibration damping, making it usable for intermediate players who want versatility across both offensive and defensive situations. Players transitioning from beginner to intermediate level who prefer a slightly offensive character without committing to a full diamond head will find it a workable option, though specialists seeking elite touch or serious punch will quickly outgrow it.
