Our verdict
The Siux Astra Control 2026 is a forgiving, head-light round racket built around predictable ball placement and arm-friendly feel, making it a safe choice for beginners who prioritize consistency over firepower. The EVA foam core delivers a soft, dampened response that reduces shock on extended play, though it robs the racket of any meaningful pace when tested against intermediate-level hitting. At its price point, Siux faces stiff competition from Head, Bullpadel, and Nox who offer comparable or superior beginner-control options, leaving this racket feeling adequate but unremarkable in a crowded segment.

Maneuverability is genuinely exceptional here, making it easy to position and adjust mid-rally, and tolerance provides a real, large sweet spot for inconsistent strikers. Comfort reduces fatigue well during extended sessions. It's a genuinely safe choice for beginners prioritising consistency over firepower. Power runs low, limiting offensive potential and requiring more technique to generate pace, and this control-focused design won't hand you free power as you advance.
