The verdict

The Control Blue 2026 is adidas at its plainest: an EVA core under a carbon-fibreglass face scoring control 76 with kind terms (comfort 74, tolerance 76) and prompt handling (74). Power 62 states the single-minded brief. Weight documentation is incomplete. Value 78 is honest. The name is the specification: this frame places the ball and does nothing else, at money that respects the modesty. For placement-first improvers who want the trefoil without flagship pricing, it serves plainly; the Cross It Team Ctrl a shelf up adds polish for a little more.

The PRR takePRR Team

The name is the spec, no surprises

This is genuinely adidas at its plainest and most honest: control leads clearly, with kind terms throughout comfort and tolerance and prompt handling. It does exactly what the name promises and nothing more. Power offers nothing else on the table — this is a single-minded control frame — and weight isn't confirmed in our data. The Team Ctrl in the same range adds polish for a little more if you want a step up.
