Our verdict
The Galactica Junior is Dunlop's young-player frame done sensibly: 355 g, head-light, with an EVA core and fibreglass face scoring maneuverability 75 and comfort 73 as the numbers that matter for developing bodies. Control 68 and power 70 give juniors real shots without real consequences (tolerance 74). Value 78 respects the growth-spurt economics. The junior-frame checklist is fully ticked: light enough to swing correctly, kind enough to survive mistakes, cheap enough to replace at the next size up. A straightforwardly correct purchase for developing players.

This does everything a young player's frame should: genuinely correct head-light swings from day one, kind terms throughout comfort and tolerance for young arms, and respectful growth-spurt economics on price. Dunlop's approach here is sensible rather than gimmicky. Serious teen players will eventually graduate to adult frames, power stays modest by design, and the fibreglass face mutes feedback more as skills develop past the basics.
