PRR Analysis
Diamond-head rackets are the choice of net-dominant attacking players. The geometry places the sweet spot in the upper third of the frame, perfectly positioned for overhead smashes and fast attacking volleys, but demanding when it comes to groundstrokes and wide balls. Most top tour players attacking from the right side use a diamond or near-diamond shape. The technique requirement is real: miss the sweet spot on a diamond frame and the ball goes nowhere. This is not a category for developing players. Target a PRR Power sub-score above 82. The best diamond frames still score above 75 on control: extreme power-only profiles sacrifice too much in modern padel.
