PRR Analysis
A good beginner racket is not a cheap version of a good racket — it is specifically designed to maximise sweet spot size and reduce vibration. Round shape, soft EVA core, even balance, sub-360g. These specs let you focus on footwork, timing, and swing mechanics without fighting the frame. Avoid anything labelled "advanced" or with a diamond head — they punish off-centre contact and build bad habits. Budget matters less than shape: a €80 round frame will develop your game faster than a €180 diamond. Target a PRR score above 68 and a Comfort sub-score above 75. The goal is to make padel feel natural — the right frame makes that significantly easier.
