The Neuron 02 Cloud is the gentle one in the family, and that is a compliment. The fibreglass face over an EVA core takes the edge off the strike: comfort 71 and tolerance 70 are the friendliest numbers in the Neuron range, and the hybrid shape with even balance keeps everything where your hands expect it. You still get power 85, which finishes points at club level with room to spare, and control 82 keeps bandejas and blocks composed. Value 76 seals it. For advanced players who want the Neuron feel without the full stiffness bill, the Cloud is quietly excellent.

The Bullpadel Neuron is Fede Chingotto's signature line, and it carries his fingerprints in every aspect of how it plays. Chingotto built his reputation as one of padel's most composed back-court players, someone who wins points through placement and patience rather than brute power overhead. The Neuron reflects that philosophy completely. While the Vertex and Hack families chase maximum smash impact, this line is built for players who want to construct points from the back, stay consistent under pressure, and place the ball through the glass with precision rather than force.
The original 2025 Neuron arrived at PRR 90 and immediately positioned itself among the best control rackets we have tested. Bullpadel also offered a Cloud comfort trim alongside it, softening the response for players who prioritise feel over outright precision. The 2026 generation, the Neuron 02, sharpened the formula and scored PRR 92. Bullpadel released Premier Padel and Chingotto editions across that family, each with subtle tuning but the same core character. Then the Neuron 02 Edge pushed things further still, reaching PRR 93, which puts it at the joint-top of our entire database.
What makes the Neuron family genuinely unusual is that it proves a control-first racket can be a first-choice weapon rather than a compromise. If control-first padel is your game, start with the Neuron 02 Edge (PRR 93). The standard Neuron 02 (PRR 92) gives up almost nothing in practical terms and costs noticeably less at full retail, making it the stronger value proposition for most players. We would always start there unless the Edge is available at a comparable price.
As the 2025 Neuron (PRR 90) clears through discounting, it becomes a compelling buy for players stepping into control padel or working within a tighter budget. The gap between PRR 90 and PRR 92 is real but not dramatic, and a well-priced first-generation Neuron is hard to argue with. The Cloud trims across both generations trade a small amount of placement precision for added comfort; they make sense if you play long sessions or are managing elbow issues, but if you are healthy and chasing performance, stick with the standard versions.
The gentle one in the family, and that's praise: the flexing face takes the edge off the strike, making this the friendliest Neuron on the arm and the most forgiving of off-centre contact, with placement you can trust.
