Our verdict
The Icon 2025 is Bullpadel's volume frame done properly: multilayer EVA, a real Carbon 12K face, and a head-light tune that makes the listed 380 g feel like considerably less in hand. Power 85 gives improving attackers an honest overhead, control 74 is workable, and comfort 67 with tolerance 66 sits mid-table: firm enough to be informative, not punishing. Value 78 is the argument: this is a lot of legitimate racket for mid-range money. For intermediates committed to an attacking style but not yet to flagship prices, the Icon is exactly the right amount of weapon.

Flagship materials at mid-range money, and the head-light tune hides the listed weight completely: in hand it feels like considerably less. The overhead stays genuinely threatening, and a face of this quality is rare at the price. It expects developing technique to keep improving: casual contact gets punished, and serious attackers will eventually outgrow it toward the Vertex.
